Right after the commission of two ALD facilities last week, Prof. Saurabh Sinha, Deputy Vice-Chancellor of University of Johannesburg visited the ALD Research Centre today. Prof. Tien-Chien Jen together with other group members welcomed Prof. Sinha. PhD candidate Mr. Rigardt Coetzee demonstrated the operational processes of the two commissioned ALD facilities. Prof. Sinha expressed his appreciation to the hard work from all the research group members, and expected to see the continued excellence.
